Abstract

In today’s multicultural and pluralistic workplaces, effective conflict resolution and professional ethics demand frameworks that transcend purely procedural approaches and incorporate deep cultural and moral insights. This study explores the integration of Islamic ethical principles with contemporary conflict management theories to develop a comprehensive model suited for diverse organizational contexts. Through qualitative comparative analysis, the research identifies synergies and gaps between modern secular conflict resolution methods and Islamic values such as justice, reconciliation, patience, and forgiveness. An integrated synergy-conflict model is proposed that situates diversity at its core and emphasizes ethical leadership, consultation, and culturally sensitive dispute resolution processes. Practical implications for policy development, cross-cultural training, and leadership are elaborated to foster inclusive, harmonious, and productive workplaces. The findings suggest that embedding Islamic ethics alongside modern procedural techniques enriches conflict management efficacy, promotes social cohesion, and transforms diversity-induced tensions into innovation and synergy. Future research is encouraged to empirically validate this integrative framework and explore its adaptability across varied professional environments.
